Busbar

E-Line MV Series Medium Voltage Busbar Systems are offered for customer’s use as the newest product within “E-Line Busbar Product Line”, with the state-of-art technologies as 12 kV and 24 kV. Ensures safe and effective power transmission. MV CR is manufactured within a single frame as Al and Cu conductors embedded in the insulation material consisting of an alloy of exclusively selected silicon minerals and epoxy resin. Busbar system (Medium Voltage – Cast Resin Busbar) is designed to perform as 12 kV and 24 kV. It is manufactured up to the grade of 5700 A as standard.

Busbar system (MV-CR) is formed by combining Copper and Aluminum conductors within tin-plated Al profile frame. As Al is a “Nonferrous” metal, it is a material lighter than the sheet metal. Furthermore, quite low hysteresis losses resulting from low temperature rise on the frame ensures minimization of power losses of the system. On the occasion that Al (Aluminum) is a fine conductor, it ensures grounding on the busbar frame.

E-Line KX range Compact Busbar Systems, is the newest product in the E-Line Busbar Group. Containing new technology, it complements the KB Series which is a well-established product, proven over a number of years. Busbar system is designed and produced using the latest technology for high power distribution with ratings from 400A to 6300A with high conductivity copper and aluminum conductors.

E-Line KX Series Compact Busbar Systems are used for vertical and horizontal distribution and transmission of power in facilities for high power applications (plug-in or bolt-on type).
The KX Busbar Systems range can be used in the areas of facilities and buildings for power transmission where tap offs are not required.

Tap Off Boxes
• 160A, 250A, 400A and 630A plug-in or bolt-on type tap-off boxes (with Fused switch or suitable to MCCB) (Empty or with MCCB)
• 800A and 1000A bolt-on type tap-off boxes (suitable to MCCB) (empty or with MCCB)

Busbar trunking systems (E-Line CR – “Cast Resin Busbar”) provides transfer and distribution of energy in the current levels between 630A and 6300A. Ex-proof protected and compatible with E-line KX busbar modules.

IP 68 protection class. The “DUROCOMP” composite material which has high temperature and mechanical working strength constituted by specially selected pure silicon minerals and epoxy resin protects E-Line CR busbar from external impacts.

K-Line KB Range Compact Busbar Systems are used for vertical and horizontal distribution and transmission of energy in facilities where large amounts of power are required. (plug-in or bolt-on type) The KB range is also used in areas of facilities and buildings for power transmission, e.g. between transformers and switch boards where tap off boxes are not required.

The perfect design for high current busbar systems is the “compact structure” where tin plated and insulated with B class polyester film and extruded polypropylene sleeve polyester film on conductors are tightly placed into the sheet metal housing.
E-Line KB busbars are installed by tightening the “one bolt joint”. Belleville spring washers on both ends of the bolt retains the original contact pressure, ensuring a more secure, reliable and maintenance – free joint. E-Line busbar systems are easily installed.

Tap Off Boxes
• Plug-in or bolt-on type tap off boxes rated at 160A, 250A, 400A and 630A are available. (With standard SYK switch fuse or MCCB) (empty or MCCB included)
• Bolt-on type tap off boxes rated at 800A and 1000A are available. These are compatible with MCCBs and can be supplied with or without the MCCB included

E-Line KO II Series “medium range busbar” systems provide suitable solutions for electricity transmission and distribution in medium-sized buildings or industrial facilities. They can be used in horizontal or vertical applications. Tap off box solutions comprise sheet metal boxes with circuit breakers, or plastic boxes for small currents which are compatible with Miniature Circuit Breakers.

• Three phase tap off boxes with DIN mounted MCB up to 40A or 80A (empty or fuse included)
• Tap off boxes with SYK switch fuse up to 160A, 250A and 400A (excluding fuses)
• Tap off boxes with MCCB (moulted case circuit breaker) with current ratings up to 160A, 250A and 400A
• Special design data center tap off boxes

The small power range busbar systems of E-Line MK series provide flexible and cost-effective solutions for the transmission and distribution of electricity in small-sized enterprises , workshops and industrial facilities.

The MK Busbar range offers cost effective solutions to the requirement for different amounts of energy through the range of plastic tap-off boxes. They are designed to provide energy up to 225A.

Tap Off Boxes
• Three phase tap-off boxes with DIN mounted fuse holders (10×38 mm) up to 16A, 40A or 80A (empty or fuse included)
• Three phase output boxes with 63A D02 plug fuse (empty or fuse included)
• Tap off boxes with MCB (miniature circuit breaker) rated up to 16A (empty or including the circuit breaker)
